We have introduced two new methods, in addition to hiring talent on a per-project basis, ‘Hourly’ and ‘Pay Per Task’ projects. Companies/Buyers can now contract freelancers on an hourly basis over a customizable time frame, or pay for recurring tasks on a per-deliverable basis
‘Hourly’ projects are best suited for service seekers (buyers) who do not have a complete idea of the scope of work, or moreover the scope keeps changing and/or requires related services at a different rate, our hourly rate mechanism is the perfect means of monitoring the number of hours worked, project deliverables, and feedback from service providers via an intuitive worksheet interface.
For buyers with projects that require repetitive tasks (i.e.: blog posts, article writing, translations, data entry, audio/video recording/editing, logo designs, HTML conversions, etc.), our Pay-per-Task option allow buyers to easily post repetitive or recurring projects and track deliverables under a single contract and project listing.
Both hourly and pay-per-task engagements have custom workflows that make it easy for buyers and providers to communicate and track the process of a job or project. Additionally, for both new types of engagement, buyers receive time sheets and/or deliverables linked with escrow to ensure complete visibility while safeguarding risk.
Service providers can also choose projects, which fit their job preference and schedule. Opt for fixed, hourly or pay per task, execute the project in the specified time frame and get paid quickly.
This job posting module is great for providers, who need to earn money quickly. Providers now will be assured of getting payments for every single hour worked on a project plus have option to get buyers feedback every week even at ‘work in progress’ stage. The basic aim of introducing this model is to offer more flexibility to our users and to provide more ways for companies to engage freelancers than any other major marketplace.
