Now you can describe your bid in detail and specify your understanding of the project. Bid details may include tenets such as your understanding of the project, technology you’d be working upon, resources you’d require to accomplish the project goals etc.

The information mentioned therein would convey your ability to understand the project requirements and may remarkably influence the hiring decision of the buyer.

Description of Your Past Work Experience or Differentiators

Bid differentiator such as past work experience in similar or related domain or skill set brightens you chance of winning the project. Specifying the differentiators or factors that make your bid stand out would project you as a suitable candidate to get awarded with the project as it convinces the buyer about your ability to execute the project seamlessly.

Creation of a Project Contract

Here you create a project contract, add milestones and define your bid amount and time frame for completing the project. An exciting feature has been integrated in case you place a schedule-based bid containing multiple milestones—Gantt chart, basically a project delivery schedule. This new feature will help your buyers to view the pictorial representation of milestones created by you and corresponding payment for each milestone in a chart form.

If required, you can also send an attachment with your bid. The attachment could be a brief profile or a formal proposal.

You can now view the bid placed by the Provider along with the provider’s profile and other enhanced usability features on the same page. The Drop-down menu to select and view bids has added to the visual enhancement and made shortlisting of bids quite easy for you.

Also, it would give you a fair idea about the provider’s understanding of the project and decide whether he is the best choice for your project or not.

Description of Provider’s Past Work Experience or Bid Differentiators

The bid differentiators would indicate how the bid placed by the provider stands class apart. Viewing the provider’s previous work experience in handling projects of similar nature and involving the required skill set would certainly help you trust the provider’s capability to handle the project.

Project Contract

Before making a choice of provider for your project, you get to see the project contract, milestones, bid amount, bid duration etc. all at one place and can also agree/disagree or edit the project contract created therein. In support of schedule-based bid placed by the provider, Gantt chart helps you to easily view the pictorial representation of milestones or Project Execution Plan created by him and corresponding payment for each milestone.
