De MonsterDebugger

This is a free, open-source debugger for Flash, Flex and AIR. It includes live editing, method testing and a tree structure, among many other features. It also  traces strings, numbers, objects, arrays, xml and even custom classes. It also enables you to edit properties at runtime and works well with Windows, Mac and Linux.

WebKut

It is an AIR application that allows you to capture web pages, or parts of them in a  simple way.It  allows you to  capture web pages in three different ways such as the entire page, the current view, or only a selection.
